Your Precision technician will call to give you a heads-up on their expected arrival time. Upon their arrival, your tech will ask you a few questions about what’s going on.
They’ll then perform a 25-point safety inspection to find the issue and ensure your other garage door components are working safely.
After completing the inspection, your technician will provide you with a detailed estimate and several options for addressing the issues with your door. Some options may include repairs that will help prevent problems in the future.
